Iona Baines

About

Hi, I'm Iona, owner of Trails and Tails Pet Care. Based in Clacton-on-Sea, I provide professional dog walking, pet sitting, and pop-in services across a wide area, including Colchester, Harwich, Ipswich, and surrounding locations. I hold a Dog Walking Qualification through the Modern Dog Walkers Association, am trained in Canine First Aid, and have successfully completed a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Care, Welfare and Behaviour. I also work weekends at a dog training centre in Ipswich, gaining valuable hands-on experience with dogs of all breeds, ages, and temperaments. Later this year, I will begin a Level 6 Canine Behaviour course with the Canine Behaviour College to further develop my knowledge and expertise. Every pet is unique, and I am committed to providing personalised care tailored to their individual needs and routine. Whether it's a walk, pet sitting visit, or drop-in check, I ensure every pet feels safe, happy, and well cared for.
