How do reviews work on Pupio?
Customers leave reviews on your public profile, and you can reply to each one.
Reviews are the single biggest factor in whether an owner contacts you.
How a customer leaves one
Every profile has a public review link. Share it after a job, and the customer leaves a star rating and a short write-up. They do not need a Pupio account.
Replying
You can respond to any review from Manage Reviews. A short, gracious reply, especially to critical feedback, tells future customers a lot about how you work.
Getting your first reviews
Ask your last five happy customers. Send the link the same day the job is done, when they are still delighted. One sentence is enough: "If you have 30 seconds, a review really helps me."
Privacy
Reviewer email addresses are never shown publicly. Only the reviewer's name, rating and comments appear on your profile.
